Once we determine its a good fit, we will then customize a program for you and determine the cadence we will meet that will be best suited for what you are looking to achieve.
Our first session will deep dive into identifying your goals, desired outcomes and current roadblocks.
Our sessions afterwards will be a place for us to check in on how you are progressing towards your goals, holding you accountable, celebrating the wins and providing opportunities for pivots when necessary
